Grievance Redressal at Chatia College: Ensuring a Safe and Supportive Learning Environment


At Chatia College, we strive to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all our students. We understand that students may face challenges or issues during their time with us, and we are committed to addressing any grievances or concerns promptly and effectively.

To ensure a fair and transparent ‘Grievance Redressal’ process, we have established a dedicated ‘Anti-Ragging & Grievance Redressal Cell’ that operates in accordance with our college policies and guidelines. The cell comprises of a committee of members who are trained to handle grievances related to academic, administrative, and other issues.

Here are some of the key features of our grievance redressal process:

  1. Confidentiality :We maintain strict confidentiality of all grievances and ensure that no information is disclosed to any third party without the student's consent
  2. Timely Resolution:We aim to resolve grievances as quickly as possible and ensure that students are kept informed of the progress at every stage of the process.
  3. Fair and ImpartialWe strive to ensure that all grievances are handled in a fair and impartial manner, without any bias or discrimination.
  4. AccessibilityWe ensure that the grievance redressal process is accessible to all students, regardless of their background or physical ability. We provide assistance and support to students who may require it to file a grievance
